• All Tickets (General Admission, Capitol Theatre, Experiences, and Carousel Rides) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • All tickets include 2 hours to enjoy the Edmonton Christmas Market. Guests with Capitol Theatre tickets or Experiences receive an additional 2 hours for exploration either before or after their ticketed event.

  • Tickets can be exchanged for another available time slot. Ticket Exchanges must be completed 24 hours prior to your ticketed time slot/event time. Showpass service fees may be applied on any and all exchanges.

  • Edmonton Christmas Market reserves the right to cancel an Experience up to 24 hours before the scheduled date and time. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will not be provided; instead, Christmas Cash will be issued as compensation to be used onsite for Food, Beverage and Rides.

  • Online tickets must be purchased by 08:00 MST on the day of the event to receive the online pricing. Walk-up tickets—if available—must be purchased onsite at gate admissions.

  • Walk-up entry is not guaranteed. Door tickets will be released on capacity basis only. Waiting in line is to be expected.

  • Government-issued ID must be presented upon request.

  • Unauthorized duplication or re-sale of tickets is prohibited and invalidates any Ticket.

  • Tickets have no cash value.

  • Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honoured.

  • Discount codes are subject to change at any time unless otherwise specified.

  • Entrance into the event is subject to venue capacity.

  • Edmonton Christmas Market is an outdoor event. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

  • No pets are permitted at the Edmonton Christmas Market. Guide-dogs are exempt — please have identification ready and notify Admissions Team upon arrival.

  • No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted in the market. Ticket holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and effects to ensure compliance with event rules and regulations.

  • The ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and hereby agrees to assume the same.

  • Edmonton Christmas Market and/or Fort Edmonton Park management reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the price appearing on the ticket and/or to expel from the event site any person whose presence or conduct is deemed to be objectionable. Expulsion from the event cancels the ticket and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund of the ticket price.

  • Price paid is inclusive of all taxes and facility charges where applicable.

  • The Carousel is an antique piece of equipment that is subject to random maintenance that may impact your visit. No refunds or re-bookings will be issued if the Carousel is closed during your visit.

  • Keep this ticket in a safe place as you would with money or regular tickets. ShowPass is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by unauthorized duplication. In the event that duplicate copies appear, the Edmonton Christmas Market reserves the right to refuse entry to all ticket holders and may credit the original purchaser the face value which will constitute full remuneration.

  • The event dates and times are subject to change without notice.

  • Any of this information or venues are subject to change at any time.

  • The ticket holder assumes responsibility for knowledge of weather policies, refunds policies and exchange policies and any action to be taken as a term of the policy.

Photo Release

By purchasing a ticket and entering the Edmonton Christmas Market site, I acknowledge that photos may be taken on site while I am in attendance.

I grant to Edmonton Christmas Market, Wildheart Collective and their legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, publish and release the photographs, video, or other media in which I am included, for any purpose in any manner or medium.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished photographs, video, or other media that may be used in conjunction with them now or in the future, whether the use is known to me or unknown. I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the photograph.

I am 18 years of age or older and I am competent to contract my own name. I have read this release before signing, and I fully understand the contents, meaning and impact of this release. I understand that I am free to address any specific questions regarding this release by submitting those questions in writing prior to signing, and I agree that my failure to do so will be interpreted as a free and knowledgeable acceptance of the terms of this release.

Service Fees Explained

GST = 5.00% on the total amount before fees are added (Not added to “GIVE” items)

Handling Fee = $0.59 + 1.00% for each individual item (Not added to “Carousel” and “GIVE” items)

Service Fee = $0.89 + 3.90% for each individual item (Not added to “Carousel” and “GIVE” items) calculated after other fees
